Marine biology/ecology course

Marine Ecology courses are specific to the marine environment or particular animals, such as sharks and turtles. They offer a good smattering of marine biology, knowledge of aquatic environments and particular habitats such as tropical reefs, but also our Mediterranean Sea thanks to a special brochure produced exclusively for Diving in Elba and dedicated to the ecology of the “mare nostrum”.
Furthermore, a specific part of the course concerns the “Mission Deep Blue”, the SSI course which talks about the risks faced by the environment and what we can do to help combat them and safeguard our wonderful world!

Absolutely not! The course is open to everyone, even those without a diving license, but obviously by diving you will have the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge.
It may only be theoretical, but we generally combine outings at sea to make it decidedly more fun.
Absolutely not! We organize these courses weekly both individually and in classes limited to a maximum of 4 people and based on the dates and holiday periods of the families.

Very often it is overlooked that a diver is also a messenger and protector of the marine environment or should be! This course will make you passionate about the marine world, you will know in detail the flora and fauna of seas and oceans, you will be more aware when you dive. You will discover what the actual threats to the environment are, now we hear about them everywhere in the mass media but after this course you will certainly change your habits towards the protection of life, not only marine life!
